Chuckwagon Ministry
The Denton County Cowboy Church (D3C) Chuckwagon ministry is dedicated to preserving a unique piece of Western heritage while spreading the Good News of Jesus Christ. The warmth of a campfire, the smell of hot coffee, and delicious aromas wafting from the cast iron Dutch Ovens creating a welcoming atmosphere for sharing Christ’s message of love and fellowship in old cowboy style.

Education

Offer seminars that teach team members practical cast-iron cooking skills.

Educate the public about chuckwagon history and the Western lifestyle.
Service

Serve chuckwagon-style meals prepared over an open fire and from the back of our chuckwagon.

Assist and support other DCCC ministry teams as they work to meet the needs of their missions.

Provide outreach to cowboys and the public at rodeos throughout North Texas.
